  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches to project needs.

  • Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between business goals and project execution.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.

  • Ability to influence decision-making processes and drive consensus across teams.

 

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Experience managing technical projects, understanding IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.

  • Ability to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
